Service / Strategy

Digital marketing strategy before execution.

We study your offer, audience, competitors, current presence and growth goals before deciding what should be built, promoted or improved.

Positioning clarity Audience + competitor research Campaign direction Growth roadmap

Strategy that tells every channel what to do.

Most marketing becomes expensive when the brand is unclear. This service creates the thinking layer behind content, SEO, websites, ads and creative production so every channel works toward one business direction.

01

Positioning + offer clarity

We define what the brand should stand for, who it serves and why customers should choose it.

02

Audience journey mapping

We map how people discover, compare, trust and enquire before buying from the business.

03

Campaign planning

We turn business goals into content, website, SEO and paid campaign priorities.

04

Execution roadmap

You get a clear action sequence instead of disconnected marketing tasks.

The problem

Spending first, thinking later

Most businesses come to us already running ads, posting reels and boosting the odd post, but nobody can say why any of it is happening. There is no single view of who the customer is, which channel is meant to do what, or how success gets measured. So money leaks. A campaign runs, someone likes the numbers, someone else doesn't, and next month starts from scratch. A strategy fixes this by deciding the plan before the spend, so every rupee has a job and every channel has a reason to exist.

How we work

The way we actually run it.

01

Audit what exists

We pull your Google Search Console, GA4 and ad account history to see what's actually driving enquiries versus what just looks busy. No fresh strategy until we understand the current baseline.

02

Define audience and offer

We map who you're really selling to, what they search for, and where they decide. This shapes messaging and channel choice before a single creative or ad is built.

03

Pick channels and budget

We choose the mix (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, content) based on your goal and margins, and split budget by what each channel can realistically do, not by trend.

04

Set measurement upfront

We build tracking in GA4 and Looker Studio and agree on which numbers count. You know what we're measuring before work starts, so reviews stay honest.

What's included

What you get

01

Channel plan

A clear map of which platforms do what job, with reasons, so nothing runs just because a competitor is doing it.

02

Audience and messaging

Defined customer segments and the core message for each, ready for your content and ad teams to use.

03

Budget split

A realistic allocation across channels tied to your goal, with room to shift as we see what works.

04

Measurement setup

GA4 events and a Looker Studio dashboard agreed upfront, so you can see performance without asking us for it.

Where it works

Who we plan for

We've built strategy for very different businesses, and the plan changes with each. Hotels like Sheraton, Marriott, Radisson and Sayaji need occupancy and direct bookings, so the channel mix leans on Google Business Profile and search. Hospitals and clinics such as Medi-Square and Alpha Skin Clinic work under trust and local intent. Ecommerce and D2C brands live or die on paid performance and margins. Education and F&B need steady local demand. We don't hand the same template to all of them.

Why ExtroVision

Why ExtroVision

We started in 2018 as a small studio in Indore and grew by working with clients across India and abroad, in the US, UAE, Europe and Morocco. That range taught us one thing clearly: a strategy that suits a hotel chain is wrong for a skin clinic. We plan first because we've seen what happens when agencies skip it. You get activity that feels productive but doesn't connect to a goal. Our job is to make the connection obvious before anyone spends, so the execution that follows actually has a direction to move in.

We're a hands-on team, not a large account-management layer. The people who build your strategy stay close to the work as it runs. If the plan needs to change because the data says so, you hear it from us plainly, not after a quarter of quiet drift.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most.

How long does a digital marketing strategy take to build?

Usually two to three weeks, depending on how much account history and data we need to review. Bigger businesses with multiple channels and longer ad histories take a little more, since the audit at the start is thorough and we'd rather get the baseline right than rush it.

Can you guarantee results from the strategy?

No, and we'd be careful of anyone who does. A good strategy improves your odds by putting budget and effort where they make sense, but markets, competition and your own offer all affect the outcome. What we can promise is a clear plan, honest measurement, and the readiness to change course when the data tells us to.

Do I need a strategy if you also run my ads?

Yes. The strategy is what tells the ads what to do. Without it, you're optimising campaigns towards a goal nobody agreed on. We often build the strategy first, then execute against it, so ad spend and content both serve the same plan instead of pulling in different directions.

Will you use my existing Google and Meta accounts?

Yes. We start by reviewing your Google Search Console, GA4 and ad account history rather than starting blank. Your past data is the most useful thing we have, since it shows what your real customers already respond to and where the current spend is working or leaking.
